Family Law
Family law matters are quite unique just as every individual and family relationship is unique. To proceed in retaining us for a family law matter, we ask that you set up a consultation, and then we will provide you with a flat-fee quote for your individual situation upon the completion of the consultation.
We do charge a fee of $200.00 for a family law consultation. Typically, a consultation is approximately 1 hour. The purpose of a consultation appointment is to provide you with information even if you do not proceed with an application. You should have a very clear understanding of the process for your matter after the consultation.
Wills &
Estates
Preparing a Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, a Personal Directive, or applying for Probate of existing documents is also quite specific to the individual. For these services, we do not charge a consultation fee.
We will however provide you with our comprehensive 847 Law Wills & Estates Questionnaire and upon completion will provide you with a flat-fee quote to prepare the document(s) for you and/or your loved ones.
