Our personal injury cases are invoiced on a contingency basis. This means that we will only take a portion of the eventual settlement, and we only get paid when a settlement has been reached. 

 

We will also pay any disbursements rendered on your matter for you, i.e. obtaining medical notes or court filing costs, and then invoice you only upon the conclusion of your matter.
