We provide the following services below for business or employment concerns. Different circumstances will influence the cost of these services. Any fees to third parties are not included in the below price ranges.

Severance Package Reviews: $500 - $1,500
Business Incorporation: $1,000 - $1,500
Minute Book Set Up: $300
Filing Annual Returns: $300
Employment Agreements: $1,500 - $3,000
Independent Contractor Agreements: $1,500 - $3,000
Confidentiality Agreements: $1,000 - $1,500
Asset Purchase / Sale Agreements: $1,800 - $2,200
Shareholder Agreements: $2,500 - $3,500
Partnership Agreements: $2,000 - $2,500
Joint Venture Agreements: $2,000 - $2,500
Policy & Procedure Manuals: $5,000
We also provide litigation support for wrongful dismissal claims, constructive dismissal claims, human rights claims, and debt collection claims.
Civil litigation matters are quite unique. To proceed in retaining us for a civil litigation matter, we ask that you set up a consultation, and then we will provide you with either a flat-fee quote or a contingency agreement for your individual situation upon the completion of the consultation.
We do charge a fee of $200.00 for a litigation consultation. Typically, a consultation is approximately 1 hour. The purpose of a consultation appointment is to provide you with information even if you do not proceed. You should have a very clear understanding of the process for your matter after the consultation.
